EXPLORING THE MODERATING ROLE OF TALENT MANAGEMENT AMID EMPLOYER BRANDING AND EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE

This research aims to determine how company brand influences employee performance. The second objective of this study is examine that talent management connection between employer and study's main data was collected using closed-ended structured questions. Likert scales 5-point scale, spanning from 1 5, have been used measure the response level. statistical analysis based on random sample 300 respondents who responded a questionnaire. To test expected associations variables, partial least squares (PLS) approach structural equation modelling (SEM) used. Researcher also analyzed direct indirect correlations variables in model. indicate branding has significant effect It strong predictor increased levels performance & moderates association significantly thus provide clues future researchers for further studies.
